Prior to your arrival in our office for your first visit, we will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our practice. If time permits, we would be happy to mail these forms to you in advance of your appointment so that you may bring the completed forms with you. If you prefer, we have included these forms here on our website for you to download and bring with you on your visit.
What To Expect From Your First Visit
At your first appointment, you will receive a thorough examination, including a discussion of your medical and dental experiences, a detailed analysis of each tooth and its supporting structures, an examination of other soft tissues of the mouth and lips, and an evaluation of your bite and the function of the jaw joint. In addition, a cosmetic evaluation, any necessary digital radiographs, and photographs, along with study models of your mouth, may also be taken at this appointment.
At the second appointment, we will discuss the findings of the examination and establish a comprehensive treatment program that will assist you in maintaining your personal dental health for a lifetime.
